ABOUT

Born in New Jersey and raised in a rural farm town, Kristen spent countless hours studying dance from a very young age. After years of focusing on ballet in hopes of joining a professional company, she caught a performance on tv of Bob Fosse's iconic choreography in Chicago and was instantly captivated. With that, she traded in her tutu for t-straps, and a career path in musical theatre began to unfold.

Kristen attended Wagner College and received a BA in Musical Theatre Performance and a Minor in Dance. Post college she has had a variety of  exciting performance opportunities at many different venues, including the Maltz Jupiter Theatre, the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, The Garden Theatre, Theater West End, YOW Dance, the Orlando Fringe Festival, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and various production companies.

Offstage, Kristen serves as the Assistant Director of Encore Performing Arts and will be the AD for Spamalot this summer on The Walt Disney Stage at the Dr. Phillips Center! She also teaches the Broadway Magic workshops at Walt Disney World as part of the Disney Imagination Campus.

In addition to performing, directing and teaching, Kristen has become an (amateur) cake artist, creating over 200 fondant/tiered/sugary creations as surprises for family, friends, casts and entertainment executives alike. It is important to note that she is also known for bringing sweet treats to rehearsals.....
